Refund policy

We want you to love your NoBrainer book. Please read below to understand our return and refund terms, which differ depending on where you're ordering from.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at hello@nobrainer-books.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Include your order number and a photo of the item.

Customers outside the European Union

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds or exchanges, except in the case of a defective, damaged, or incorrect item as described above.

European Union — 14 day right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer and your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without justification. Excluded from this right are digital products, see below.

To exercise this right, contact us at hello@nobrainer-books.com within 14 days, stating your order number and that you wish to withdraw.

After withdrawing, return the item to us without undue delay and within 14 days, in the same condition you received it (unworn/unused, with tags, in its original packaging), together with your receipt or proof of purchase. Print your return label in your Amazon store if you bought over Amazon or request it at hello@nobrainer-books.com if you purchased directly over nobrainer-books.com shop.

You are responsible for the cost of returning the item.

We do not provide prepaid return labels.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will refund the price paid, including the standard delivery cost of your original order, to your original payment method within 14 days. You may be liable for any diminished value of the item resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to check its nature and condition.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Digital items and downloads such as eBooks cannot be returned or refunded once downloaded or accessed. Sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, please follow the applicable return process above, and place a new order separately.
